Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 slices white bread, soaked in hot water
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can tomatoes
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. fresh or frozen basil
    2 Tbsp. gravy mix
Preparation
    Cut top off peppers.
    Remove seeds and rinse with water. Soak white bread in hot water for 1 minute.
    Squeeze out excess water and add bouillon cube into bread to dissolve.
    Mix bread into meat.
    Add onion, nutmeg, pepper and eggs.
    Mix well and stuff peppers.
    In large saucepan heat oil and add peppers.
    Fry for two minutes.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and gravy mix.
    Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
    Serve with Rice.
