School Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Warm milk to 110\u00b0.
    Pour milk into the bowl over the dry ingredients.
    Add oil.
    Mix with mixer for 5 minutes.
    Place on a floured cutting board and roll out to 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut out like biscuits.
    Fold and place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Spread melted butter on the top.
    Let rise for 45 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until brown.
