Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 stick oleo
    8 oz. lite sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook sliced potatoes until tender (add chopped onion when cooking).
    Drain.
    Add all ingredients.
    Put in microwave oven for 2 minutes before serving.
    This serves 4 adults.
    You could cook 12 potatoes and have some leftover for 1 or 2 nights.
    Heats well in microwave.
