Five-Spice Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. white grape juice
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    8 c. walnut halves
Preparation
    Whisk egg whites in bowl until foamy.
    Add grape juice, sugar and salt; mix well.
    Stir in spices and walnuts and spread into two 10 x 15-inch baking pans, sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0 or until walnuts are dry; stir occasionally.
