Skillet Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sherry wine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or florets
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet until browned.
    Add water, wine, broccoli and soup.
    Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
