Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. oleo
pinch of salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked
Preparation

Use a large skillet on top of stove and melt oleo.
Saute onion and celery in oleo.
Add salt, pepper, parsley and tuna. Brown lightly.
Stir in soup and water.
Cook noodles separately. Drain and rinse.
Add noodles to tuna mixture and simmer about 15 minutes or until desired consistency.
