Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimento (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt fat.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Add broth slowly to prevent lumping.
    Add milk followed by all other ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
