Carrots With Lemon Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    juice of one lemon
Preparation
    Scrub carrots and cut into matchstick size pieces.
    Place in oven proof dish with lid.
    Pour butter-lemon mixture over carrots. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
