Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato, grated
    1 carrot, grated
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    2 cans good chicken broth
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large stock pot, add chicken broth to vegetables and butter.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add milk and cheese over low heat.
    Combine flour, cornstarch and water, stirred together.
    Add to first mixture and continue to stir until smooth and thick.
    Do not have heat too high or soup will stick.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
