Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. tomato-vegetable juice
    1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned and cubed
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice, cooked
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 (8 oz.) cans whole mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds
    salt and pepper
    1 c. croutons, lightly crushed
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Mix mayonnaise and juice in large bowl. Add chicken and all ingredients except croutons.
    Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish. Top with croutons. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
