Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless round steak
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 c. beef broth
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. noodles
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cut meat into cubes.
In a large saucepan brown half of the meat in hot oil.
Remove the meat from the pan.
Brown the remaining meat with onion and garlic (if desired).
Drain fat. Return all meat to pan.
Stir in beef broth, vinegar, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 1 hour.
Stir noodles into broth mixture.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Drain meat and noodles.
Reserve 2 1/2 cups of the liquid.
Return liquid to pan.
Stir together 1/4 cup beef broth and flour.
Stir into mixture in pan.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in beef and noodles.
Heat thoroughly.
Makes 4 servings.
