Ingredients

1 large pkg. Oreos, crushed
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. 10x sugar
1/2 stick margarine, softened
2 small pkg. instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
