Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 c. flour
sugar
Preparation
-
Cream butter.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Stir in flour (mixture will be stiff).
Press into bottom of 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
Prick dough with fork.
Chill 30 minutes.
