Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1 can (1 lb.) stewed tomatoes
    1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    16 oz. shell macaroni
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 lb. sliced Provolone
    1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cook beef in a little oil in a large deep pan until brown, stirring often.
    Drain off fat.
    Add onion, garlic, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and drained mushrooms.
    Mix well.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
