Potato Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    flour
Preparation
    Peel and quarter enough potatoes to fill a casserole bowl. Sprinkle heavily with seasoned steak seasoning.
    Pour melted butter over the potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until they are fork-tender, about 45 minutes.
