Fiesta Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 c. sharp cheese
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add all ingredients except cheese and olives.
    When cooked, put in serving bowl and top with cheese, olives and salsa.
    Serve with tortilla chips on Ritz crackers.
