Creamy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
1 c. whole eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat together sugar and cheese.
Beat in eggs and vanilla. Pour into spring-form pan, dusted with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool for 1 hour.
Top with jam or canned pie filling.
