Larry'S Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery
    1 sweet pepper
    1 clove garlic
    dill seed
    pickling spices
    green tomatoes (to make 6 quarts)
    1 qt. white vinegar
    2 qt. water
    1 c. kosher salt
Preparation
    Combine the vinegar, water and salt and boil for 5 minutes. Cut tomatoes to a desired size and put into Mason jars.
    Fill jars with boiling vinegar-water mixture to 1/2-inch from top.
    Seal and wait 4 to 6 weeks before using.
