Spanish Rice Casserole For 100! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. chopped meat
    5 onions, chopped
    4 large green peppers, chopped
    5 (18 oz.) cans tomato paste
    5 (18 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
    8 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    When meat is half done,
    add
    onion,
    onion powder, salt and green pepper.
    When the meat
    is
    light brown, add
    the remaining ingredients and cook for
    30
    minutes.
    Stir continuously.
    Wash rice, cook for 15 minutes.
    Rinse
    and\tadd to cooked ingredients.
    Put in 18 x 24 x
    2-inch
    pan\tand
    add shredded cheese on top.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
