Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. rice
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. American cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Fry sausage.
    Place rice, sausage, milk, pepper, onion, soup, mushrooms and cheese in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
