Chicken Ratatouille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    2 small zucchini
    2 tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic
    2 skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Chop onion, pepper and tomato.
    Slice zucchini; mince garlic. Cut chicken crosswise into strips.
    Saute onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoon oil until soft; add garlic and zucchini and cook 3 or 4 minutes.
    Add tomato and cook 3 minutes.
    Push aside; add remaining oil and add chicken until it begins to brown.
    Stir in herbs, salt and pepper and cook until chicken is done and liquid evaporates.
    Add lemon to serve.
