Mama'S Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 cake yeast
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    To scalded milk, add sugar and Crisco. Let cool until lukewarm and dissolve yeast cake in it. Beat in the flour. Let rise for 30 minutes. Sift together and add to the mixture baking powder, sifted flour, soda and salt. Put in the refrigerator and let stay until next day. Take out of refrigerator; roll and fold then place in baking pan and let rise for 2 hours before baking at 400\u00b0.
