Zucchini Bread With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. black walnut flavoring
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake in well-greased and floured loaf pans.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Freezes well and keeps well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
