Walnut Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. carrot, grated
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. chopped dried parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small casserole dish sprayed with Pam and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with mushroom sauce (mushroom soup, sour cream and water).
