Scalloped Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/8 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fish in an ungreased baking dish and dot with margarine.
    In a saucepan over medium heat, slowly stir flour into milk.
    Stir until thick and then cook 1 minute longer.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and pour sauce over fish. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
