Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together.
    In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan (dish), pour 1/2 mix and 1/2 grated cheese. Add remaining mix and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
