Baked Vidalia Onion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese
    2 c. finely chopped Vidalia onion or sweet onion of choice
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine cheese, onion and mayonnaise and stir well.
    Spoon mixture into a greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with crackers, bread cubes or corn chips.
