Clams Casino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams with liquid
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. black pepper
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    American cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Simmer clams and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
    In a small skillet, saute onion, garlic, margarine, parsley flakes, oregano, black pepper and Tabasco.
    Mix all in a 1-quart casserole; add bread crumbs.
    Top with cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
