Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. finely chopped/crushed pecans (use 1/2 in cheese ball and reserve 1/2 to roll ball in)
1/4 c. green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and form ball.
Roll ball with remaining 1/2 nuts.
