Cornmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix milk, egg and oil in a small bowl.
    Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir until moist (batter will be slightly lumpy).
    Pour into lined muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 8 muffins.
