Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 stalk celery
    4 onions
    2 carrots
    1 box frozen green beans
    1 green pepper (optional)
    2 or 3 cans Del Monte no-salt stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Chop veggies; blend all ingredients and cook for 1 to 2 hours. Season with Mrs. Dash or any preferred no-salt seasoning.
    Free exchange, except for sugar veggies.
    This is a great soup if you are watching your weight.
