Irish Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. hot mashed potatoes (potatoes only)
    1/2 ??? butter/margarine
    2 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix cinnamon and sugar.
    Set aside.
    Blend potatoes and butter/margarine until smooth.
    Gradually add remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
    Keep potato candy in refrigerator until ready to serve.
