Creole Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 C diced seeded tomatoes
1 C sliced green onion
1/2 C diced celery
1/2 C diced green pepper
1 Large clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning (Chesapeake Bay style)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients on 18 inch square sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Fold up butcher wrap style.
Place on grid over medium coals for 6 minutes per side.
Serve warm.
Makes 3 cups of relish.
