Chocolate Cake (Eggless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. hot coffee
Preparation
    You may add egg, if you wish.
    Use white for boiled frosting. You can substitute 1 square chocolate for cocoa.
    Use 1/2 tablespoon, less shortening.
    Bake in a 9-inch bread pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center springs back.
