Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice from 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 green Granny Smith apples
    1 Delicious apple
    2/3 c. Spanish peanuts
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    pineapple
Preparation
    Cook pineapple juice, egg, sugar, flour and vinegar until thick; cool.
    Dice apples (leave peeling on).
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Sprinkle more peanuts over top.
    Refrigerate.
