Lemon Broiled Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1 lb. Boston scrod fillets
Pam spray
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, sherry, lemon peel, salt, paprika and thyme leaves in a small bowl.
Place fillets on broiler pan.
Spray fish directly with Pam for about 2 1/2 seconds.
Pour lemon juice mixture evenly over fish.
Broil until done, about 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Makes 4 servings.
