Red, White And Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 1/2 c. cauliflowerets
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped or 1 small onion
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Add mayonnaise mixture to the next four vegetables.
    Chill overnight.
    Line serving bowl with lettuce leaves and fill with salad before serving.
