Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
3 to 4 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients until smooth.
Line an 11 x 14-inch jelly roll pan with wax paper and grease sides of pan. Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove immediately and place on linen towel that has been sprinkled with confectioners sugar; remove wax paper and roll cake in towel. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
