Amaretto Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla or 3 Tbsp. Amaretto liqueur plus 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring or any other favorite flavoring

Preparation

Melt all together, then add flavorings.
Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Shape into small balls.
Roll in ground nutmeal, coconut, powdered cocoa, powdered sugar, etc.
