San Francisco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. mixed salad greens
    1 can corn soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cauliflowerets
Preparation
    Heat soup and milk to boiling; stir in vegetables.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes, or until veggies are tender. Stir in cheese and heat through.
    Makes 6 servings.
