Hamburger Macaroni Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large carrot, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. beef bouillon dry (instant)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium stalk celery, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can undrained stewed tomatoes
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Crumble hamburger into 3-quart microwave dish.
    Add carrot, onion and garlic.
    Cook 4 minutes and stir.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes longer and drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except 1 cup water.
    Cover and cook.
    Stir every 6 minutes until vegetables and macaroni are tender.
