Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 to 1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine the flour, shortening, baking powder and salt until crumbly.
    Add the water slowly.
    Knead 3 minutes.
    Cover and let rest 15 minutes or until slightly bloated and shiny.
    Form into 1 1/2 -inch balls.
    Roll thin and cook on ungreased griddle.
