Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dough
    sausage (bulk)
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    handful Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roll dough 1/4-inch thick.
    Cook sausage.
    When completely cooked, add eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Spread on dough. Then roll up dough as a jelly roll.
    Place in a warm place and let rise 1/2 hour.
    Cook in a 375\u00b0 oven until crust is golden, about 35 minutes.
