Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. whole wheat flour
1 qt. very hot tap water
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vegetable or corn oil
4 c. white flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
Preparation

Mix water, salt, sugar\tand
yeast and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add both flours
and oil to mixture and stir together. Let rise about 1
hour.
Stir
and\tlet rise again.
Stir once more.
Divide dough
into
half.
Place
in
greased loaf pans. Let rise until top of
pan.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
