Master Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. baking powder
    4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Using a very large mixing bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cream of tartar and dry milk; sift again. With pastry blender, cut in oil until mixture is consistency of cornmeal.
    Store in tightly covered container at room temperature. Mix will keep for 6 weeks.
    To measure pile mix lightly into cup and level with spatula.
