English Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cake, crumbled up
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 small can diced peaches
1 small can diced pineapple
1 pt. strawberries, diced
whipped cream
sherry (optional)

Preparation

Prepare cake and pudding mixes following package directions. In a large glass bowl, layer all of the ingredients in alternating layers until the bowl is filled.
Add a dash of sherry if desired.
Top with whipped cream before serving.
