Mom'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 dash salt
    6 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Be sure to measure exactly ingredients.
    Place flour and salt in bowl; add shortening.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Add 6 tablespoons cold water.
    Knead until it forms a soft ball.
    Roll out with rolling pin.
    Place in pie pans and crinkle the edges with thumb. Makes enough for 2 average size pies.
