Moussaka (American Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    spaghetti sauce
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Peel and slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick. Layer potato slices, beef, sauce and onion until casserole dish is full.
    Bake, uncovered, approximately 1 hour, until potatoes are tender.
    You may add your own spices to this dish or substitute potatoes with eggplant.
    Tastes even better the second day.
