Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. green onions with tops
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers (optional)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour into a casserole dish and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until brown.
