Jalapeno Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 jalapeno peppers
    1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
    1 small onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1-1/4 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
    Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
    Put first 4 ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
    Mix in mayonnaise.
    Store in a covered crock in refrigerator and serve with any type of crackers. Makes about 2 cups.
